Richard Sand
Chairman of the Board

Mr. Sand is the Chief Executive Officer of the Company.

Richard Sand was the founder of Tripod Technology Group and a recognized veteran IT architect with more than 10 years of experience specializing in information security and e-business applications. Prior to founding Tripod Technology Group, he was a technology leader at Netegrity Inc., a pioneer in single sign on and identity management technologies.

Mr. Sand graduated from Rutgers University.

Zhang Xuebin
Director

Mr. Zhang is the Chairman, Executive Director and Chief Executive Officer of the Skyworth Digital Holdings Company Limited, a company listed on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange ("Skyworth"), also a major shareholder of the company.

Mr. Zhang joined Skyworth in March 2001 and currently is responsible for overall strategic development of the group businesses. Mr. Zhang is a veteran entrepreneur in developing new business and specializes in electronics and IT businesses. Mr. Zhang has received many honors including The Celebrity of China Strategic Planning in 20 years (2008), The Top Ten Household Appliances Innovative Influential Man (2007), and The Shenzhen Mayor's Innovation Technology Award (Entrepreneur Category) (2006).

Mr. Xuebin graduated from Zhongnan University of Economics and Law in the People's Republic of China with a Bachelor degree in Accountancy and Master degree in Economics.

Alex Wang
Director

Mr. Wang is the Chief Financial Officer of Skyworth TTG.

Alex Wang is an established expert in the financial management of startup technology companies. He joined Skyworth TTG to help bring TTG's line of federation technology products successfully to market. Alex Wang co-founded a NASD broker dealer in 1995 that specialized in private placements to merge and acquire options specialist books on the Philadelphia and American Stock Exchanges and subsequently manages a domestic hedge fund.

Richard Bonsall
Director

Mr. Bonsall is the Vice President of Business Development of Skyworth TTG and also acts as director for various subsidiaries of the company.

His priorities include the development of strategic partnerships with public and private companies which can be used to both enhance and leverage the overall goals of the Group towards dynamic growth and profitable expansion.

Mr. Bonsall has completed graduate studies in metaphysics and philosophy at Tufts University and statistics at the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania. A United States Gold Medalist in rowing, Mr. Bonsall is an avid athlete and enjoys ultra-marathons.
