Identity Management
Identity Management means managing the lifecycle of all of the users in your enterprise, whether they are employees, suppliers, distributors, customers, etc.
It isn't enough just to create a user account in a directory or database; in today's complex IT environments, users need to be given an assortment of roles and rights, and provisioned in multiple systems, in order to do their jobs. Furthermore, as users change roles, or leave your organization entirely, their accounts need to be changed accordingly.
