Tripod Technology Group, Inc announced today their acceptance by the OASIS Provisioning Services TC Technical Committee.

The purpose of the OASIS Provisioning Services Technical Committee (PSTC) is to define an XML-based framework for exchanging user, resource, and service provisioning information. The charter of the Technical Committee is to develop end-to-end, open provisioning specifications. Service Provisioning Markup Language (SPML) version 1.0 was ratified as an OASIS Standard in November 2003, and the comittee is now actively creating the next generation of provisioning protocols.
