Tripod Technology Group, Inc. Completes Acquisition of Danish Consulting firm Concepts

Tripod Technology Group, Inc, a worldwide provider of IT security services announced today the completion of the acquisition of certain assets of Danish consulting firm Concepts.

Concepts provided security architecture design and delivery management for many Danish public and private entities.

"The acquisition of Concepts will further enhance Tripod Technology Group's commitment of services and delivery capacity to Scandinavia. This acquisition follows our strategic long term vision for Scandinavia." said Alex Wang, Director of Business Development.

Henrik Thiesen of Concepts will be the new Director of Operations for Tripod Technology Group's Danish subsidiary. The addition of Henrik Thiesen brings seasoned leadership and enterprise level expertise to its Danish subsidiary.
