Mr. Deng has a proven record of superior performance and achievement in academia and corporate career. Besides outstanding learning, problem-solving, and analytical abilities, he has demonstrated good communication skills and his value for teamwork. After joining in STTG as System Engineer, he is actively participating in development initiatives and projects in the areas of identity management, federation and access control services. In particular, he has been engaged in Polaris Polit project in Oslo Norway, Nov 2009, which demonstrated the capability to provide Identity Management as a Service to Telenor norway by leveraging the Oracle IdM suite.
