Mr. Chen has excelled in both academia and the private sector. In the highly competitive Chinese education system, Mr. Chen received his BS from Wuhan University, one of the best universities in China. Since graduation, Mr. Chen has worked in software industry for more than 10 years. He brings project management skills as well as hand-on software development experiences. Most recently he was a development manager of a software company in Wuhan, China.
